About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our specialist multi-disciplinary team based in West Kent. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their lives fully.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload, providing assessment and interventions for individuals with learning disabilities. You will work towards maximising a person's quality of life by providing clinical expertise, behavioural and engagement support. You will also be expected to:

  • Measure progress and ensure effective outcomes for the individual
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Contribute to the development of multi-disciplinary best practice, service development and quality improvement

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:
