About the Role- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Commission
- Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Our client is a leading provider of SaaS-based solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, and payment providers. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales approaches and nurture leads
- Conduct industry and client research to identify potential accounts and clients within the financial services industry
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and track progress
- Establish relationships with C-suite decision makers through outreach via calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Proven lead generation experience
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with C-Suite level contacts
- Background in SaaS solutions sales, preferably within the financial sector
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing sales teams is a plus
