Business Development Representative - Software/ SaaS

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and expansion for our global fintech organisation.

About the Role
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Commission

Our client is a leading provider of SaaS-based solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, and payment providers. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales approaches and nurture leads
  • Conduct industry and client research to identify potential accounts and clients within the financial services industry
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and track progress
  • Establish relationships with C-suite decision makers through outreach via calls, emails, and other communication channels
Requirements
  • Proven lead generation experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with C-Suite level contacts
  • Background in SaaS solutions sales, preferably within the financial sector
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing sales teams is a plus
