At Kin Vet Community, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where knowledge and empathy converge to enhance the well-being of our staff, clients, and their beloved pets.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Client Support Administrator to contribute 21 hours weekly. Flexibility in hours is appreciated to accommodate any unexpected absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely scheduling of appointments and maintain organized practice diaries.
- Proactively reach out to clients to reschedule missed appointments and follow up on pending estimates.
- Process payments following company guidelines and arrange follow-up appointments as needed.
- Educate clients about the Kin Vet Community Health Care Plan to promote its adoption.
- Keep client records updated, including insurance information, contact details, and patient weights.
- Adhere to company policies regarding insurance claims management.
- Follow Kin Vet Community’s Debt and Insurance policies consistently.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, greeting clients warmly upon arrival and during phone interactions.
- Respond to incoming emails in a friendly and prompt manner.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as required.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate of £11.44, totaling £12,492 annually (for 21 hours per week).
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
