About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of carers as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with shopping and housework, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
