Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our residential service and supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Conduct regular supervision and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Support Workers.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service and the achievement of service goals.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and reports, including incident reports and medication administration records.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
