Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Assist with supervision, allocation of shifts, and training
  • Ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances and daily lives
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve service goals

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
