We are currently recruiting for a specialist Sales and Marketing Recruitment Consultant to work within the Sales and Marketing specialist Division of Wallram Group. You will be working with one of the fastest growing corporate sales headhunters in the UK and Europe.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have 2-3 years of sales experience within the B2B industry. Additional bonuses will be offered to the candidate who excels beyond sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing specialist Division to identify and recruit top sales talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source and screen potential candidates for sales roles.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the B2B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
