Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate and produce a line up of 5+ annual events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Present top-tier venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Collaborate seamlessly with third-party stakeholders, maintaining open communication and ensuring timely delivery of event materials.
Maintain pristine records and presentation-ready materials across spreadsheets, websites, and event documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate logistics with our internal team to ensure flawless execution, including travel arrangements and event setup.
Manage event budgets to deliver maximum impact, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Travel globally to oversee events and ensure their success, providing on-site support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the event industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Composure under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
