Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling mechanical products to merchants and contractors in the North East region.

About the Role:

  • Drive sales growth in the North East region by developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and merchants to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the construction, building, or HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £40K - £45K.
