We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling mechanical products to merchants and contractors in the North East region.
About the Role:
- Drive sales growth in the North East region by developing and executing sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and merchants to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the construction, building, or HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary: £40K - £45K.
- Company car.
- 5% annual bonus.
