Lead Nurse Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our team in the Rehabilitation and Recovery Directorate. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 (Active NMC Registration)
- Recognized management qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Educated to Degree level
- Masters in relevant health-related field
- Improving Quality Together (IQT Bronze)
- Improving Quality Together (IQT Silver)
- Ability to speak Welsh
- European Computer Driving License
