Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
- Strong experience in learning disabilities and autism support
- A Full UK Driving License (essential for this role)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering person-centered care
