About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Nightingales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support individuals to develop their independence and life skills
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of individuals

Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
