About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and medication administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the individuals we support, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective support service
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid DBS check and ability to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance
