Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Relief

Salary: £12.58 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people living in their own homes. You will assist individuals in their daily activities and promote independence, using a person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in their daily activities and promote independence
  • Use a person-centred approach to empower individuals to live the lives they choose
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • No previous experience or qualifications required, free training will be provided
  • Compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
