Programmes Manager

Enterprise Nation is a leading small business support provider and platform, connecting entrepreneurs with resources and opportunities. We are seeking a skilled Programmes Manager to oversee and deliver impactful campaigns within a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programme delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement programme content strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Liaise with marketing teams to produce growth and marketing plans
  • Lead meetings and build trusted partner relationships throughout the planning and delivery process
  • Report on deliverables, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project or programme management, with a background in overseeing a portfolio of projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent, with experience in CRM systems and online event platforms an advantage
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
