Role Overview:

As an Email Campaign Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the complete lifecycle of email campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

This hands-on, client-facing role will provide you with the opportunity to work with various campaign management tools, allowing you to enhance your expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Oversight: Manage the entire process of email campaigns utilizing tools like Braze and Adobe Campaign.
  • Audience Selection & Journey Execution: Identify target audiences, implement campaign journeys, and handle the setup and deployment of scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Directly interact with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure the success of campaigns.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner closely with internal strategy, production, data, and project management teams to achieve exceptional results.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing email campaigns, including audience selection, journey execution, and campaign deployment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Bloomreach, or similar platforms.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Strong capability to engage directly with clients and cultivate lasting relationships.
