About the Role:

Time Appointments is seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to enhance our team within a reputable financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the processing of client accounts and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Issuing and distributing account setup documents to clients as per instructions.
  • Providing assistance to clients regarding the completion of account setup documents via telephone.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of client account documentation to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Performing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, ensuring all client documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Facilitating data entry tasks and supporting record management initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Compliance, Front Office, third-party vendors, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial services administration within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with AML and KYC processes.
  • A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving demands.
  • GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
