Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaborative efforts with external entities, ensuring effective communication and joint initiatives.
- Provide essential administrative assistance and contribute to specialized projects, including data management and system updates.
- Execute financial accounting tasks, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and accuracy.
- Oversee and maintain operational systems.
- Manage, update, and review various manual and digital records to guarantee the accuracy of customer information.
- Perform clerical duties such as composing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and generating reports.
- Organize the daily schedule for team members and coordinate coverage for absences.
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety checks.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues to support the achievement of key objectives.
Qualifications Required
- Experience in customer service, engaging with clients through various communication channels.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, ensuring systems are accurately maintained.
- Experience interacting with external organizations and various internal departments.
- GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English.
