Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaborative efforts with external entities, ensuring effective communication and joint initiatives.
  • Provide essential administrative assistance and contribute to specialized projects, including data management and system updates.
  • Execute financial accounting tasks, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and accuracy.
  • Oversee and maintain operational systems.
  • Manage, update, and review various manual and digital records to guarantee the accuracy of customer information.
  • Perform clerical duties such as composing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and generating reports.
  • Organize the daily schedule for team members and coordinate coverage for absences.
  • Monitor inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety checks.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues to support the achievement of key objectives.

Qualifications Required

  • Experience in customer service, engaging with clients through various communication channels.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, ensuring systems are accurately maintained.
  • Experience interacting with external organizations and various internal departments.
  • GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English.
