Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaborative efforts with external partners, ensuring effective communication and joint initiatives.
  • Provide administrative assistance and contribute to specialized projects, including data management, information collection, and system updates.
  • Perform financial record-keeping and processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial documentation.
  • Oversee and maintain operational systems.
  • Manage, update, and review various manual and digital records to guarantee the accuracy of customer data.
  • Execute clerical tasks, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and generating reports.
  • Maintain the daily schedule for team members and coordinate coverage for absences.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels for supplies and equipment, and manage the collection of defective items. Conduct routine safety inspections on equipment.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues to support the achievement of essential projects and goals.

Qualifications Required

  • Experience in customer service, including communication with clients via phone, email, and written formats.
  • Administrative experience with maintaining accurate systems and records.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with external agencies and various internal departments.
  • GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English.
