Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crowd Safety Supervisor to join our event day safety team at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - LLDC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and enjoyable events for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to ensure the delivery of safe and enjoyable events.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team, enhancing the customer experience for our guests.
  • Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety or above, as well as an SIA Door Supervisor Licence (where required) for specific roles leading SIA steward teams (if applicable).
  • Have experience of leading a team, with strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Commit to working 80% of the events at London Stadium.
  • Be willing to commit to any additional training required, such as customer service and online event specific inductions.
  • Be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service record check if you do not hold a SIA licence.
