Job Opportunity: Deputy Faculty Manager

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Mathematics faculty as a Deputy Faculty Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that will commence in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Mathematics to develop and deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum that is engaging and innovative.
  • Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Support the Head of Mathematics in leading the faculty and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
  • QTS and a clear understanding of successful classroom practice and evidence-based teaching.
  • Able to demonstrate suitability to work with children and young people.
  • Experience of working in a school or educational setting.
