About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at boohoo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies across the UK and Ireland
  • Manage influencer channel reporting and provide insights to senior management
  • Coordinate influencer briefs and campaign support
  • Oversee TikTok shop influencer strategy and affiliate program
  • Liaise with the wider marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies
  • Manage monthly influencer sample spend and day-to-day workflow of junior team members
  • Support brand collaborations and PR gifting on a global level
  • Work with merch and buying teams on product focuses and emerging influencer trends
  • Streamline and manage internal processes across the influencer team
  • Manage influencer platforms and be the key point of contact for account managers

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in an influencer marketing manager role, excellent people skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to act with pace amongst a large team. You will also need to be extremely well-organized, with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work, and have exemplary organizational skills.
