Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Mental Health Rehabilitation

Oakleaf Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our new service in the Sleaford area of Lincolnshire.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to the systematic development and provision of psychology services within our new service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams and under the direction of the Hospital Director to develop and implement local and corporate policies, and deliver staff training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment programs for rehabilitation
  • Use CBT skills to address a range of clinical and/or forensic issues
  • Manage clinical/organisational projects and provide effective consultancy skills
  • Supervise Psychology staff and demonstrate leadership skills in clinical and organisational project work
  • Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors
  • Ensure the confidentiality, security and accuracy of data and information and compliance with Regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements
Requirements:
  • High level ability to communicate effectively at both written and oral level complex and sensitive information
  • Previous experience of developing treatment programs for rehabilitation
  • Clinical therapy skills and experience using CBT skills
  • Effective consultancy skills and management of clinical/organisational projects
  • Effective supervisory experience of Psychology staff
  • Leadership skills in clinical and organisational project work
