Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist

Oakleaf Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our new service in the Sleaford area of Lincolnshire.

The service will provide mental health rehabilitation and learning disability services, and we are looking for a professional who can contribute to the systematic development and provision of psychology services.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams and under the direction of the Hospital Director to support the development of team working, including the development and implementation of local and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering staff training programs
  • Communicating effectively at both written and oral levels, taking into account the recipients
  • Managing clinical and organizational projects
  • Providing effective supervision of Psychology staff
  • Leading clinical and organizational project work
  • Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and visitors
  • Ensuring the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of data and information, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of ability to communicate complex and sensitive information, and experience in developing treatment programs for rehabilitation. Ideally, the candidate will have experience using CBT skills to address a range of clinical and/or forensic issues.
