Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Manage patient requests, appointments, and general enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
