Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Assistant to join our team at Smethwick Medical Centre. As a key member of our practice team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and general enquiries in person and over the telephone.
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Proven administrative experience, with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software packages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the practice.
