About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated nurse to join our CAMHS Crisis Intervention Home Treatment Team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the team lead to coordinate shifts and ensure safe and effective working practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day delivery of clinical services provided by the Crisis Intervention/Home Treatment service.
  • Contribute to the clinical management of a team caseload of clients with complex needs, using CPA principles and evidence-based/client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
  • Support care coordination within the Tier 3 teams and attend relevant team meetings on behalf of the CIHTT.

Person Specification
  • NMC Registration or other relevant professional registration body.
  • Proven post-qualification experience.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with mental health problems.
  • CAMHS experience.
