We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Lead Building Surveyor. In this position, you will be instrumental in overseeing a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Building Control and warranty submissions for both residential and commercial projects
  • Engage with developers and contractors to ensure adherence to regulations
  • Coordinate inspections and address any issues related to construction activities
  • Offer expert guidance and support to Building Inspectors

Essential Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of Building Regulations and construction technology
  • Experience with structural issues, NHBC Standards, and site evaluations
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach
  • Valid Driving License

Preferred Credentials:

  • Chartered membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., MCIOB, CABE)
  • Qualifications related to construction (City and Guilds, HNC, HND, NVQ)
