About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our client's rapidly growing Technology division. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting and sales-driven leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding their proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Collaborative Team Work: Work closely with the delivery team and other areas of the business to support clients and win deals.
  • Client Success: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills
  • Proven experience in Recruitment Sales, particularly in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales, uncovering client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
  • Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
  • Ability to build and nurture strategic client relationships.
  • Team player who can work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to win deals.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
