Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our front of house team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our customer experience journey, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer experience journey, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate customer bookings and arrange seamless vehicle collections and returns.
  • Maintain communication with our drivers, efficiently managing the transport diary to optimise logistics.
  • Update insurance companies and ensure accurate records on computer systems and portals.
  • Meet daily KPI targets to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in moving vehicles on the forecourt as and when required.
  • Prepare job packs and perform associated administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a customer service focused role, ideally with a knowledge of the automotive industry. You will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities as well as being able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in administration tasks, including MS Office applications, with a knack for quickly grasping new computer systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also excelling in independent work.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of the local area for efficient transport logistics.
  • Valid driver's licence (ideally clean).
