We are looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team at our head office in Heanor, Derbyshire.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of various project elements.

The client is a prominent generator specialist, offering solutions, maintenance, sales, and rentals to clients throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and managing administrative duties.
  • Ensure effective management and updates of operational systems.
  • Utilize Protean for scheduling tasks and collaborate with internal teams and engineers.
  • Manage documentation submissions and uploads.
  • Work closely with project team members, providing support as necessary.
  • Generate reports to keep the project manager informed on project progress.
  • Facilitate arrangements for engineers, including hotel bookings and expense management.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and accurately record information.
  • Monitor the receipt of ordered supplies.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings to assess project status.
Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in a project or engineering context is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using Protean or similar project management tools.
  • Experience in document management and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Resilient and determined in your approach to work.
  • Able to interact with a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
