We are looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at our head office in Heanor, Derbyshire.

This role is essential for the seamless execution of our projects, and we are eager to find a proactive individual who can help us achieve our goals.

The client is a prominent generator specialist, delivering solutions, maintenance, sales, and hire services to clients throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management and oversight of administrative functions.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance and updating of management systems.
  • Utilize Protean for scheduling tasks and coordinate with internal departments and engineers.
  • Manage the submission of paperwork and document uploads.
  • Collaborate with project team members, providing support as necessary.
  • Generate reports to keep the project manager informed about project progress.
  • Facilitate hotel bookings, congestion charges, holidays, sickness, and expenses for engineers.
  • Handle incoming calls and accurately record information.
  • Monitor the receipt of ordered supplies.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings to assess current project status.
Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in a project or engineering setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using Protean or similar project management tools.
  • Experience in document management and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • Able to interact with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
