Job Title: Lead Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our clients' properties, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and report on any maintenance issues or defects
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Requirements:
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Happy to cover a large site and work at heights
  • Ideal experience in high-end residential maintenance
  • Honest, hardworking, and reliable
Package:
  • Up to £45,000 per annum
  • Overtime available
  • 25 days holiday + BH
  • Company Pension
  • No call-out
