About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Enablement Leader to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business by operationalizing talent management strategies, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in talent management to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with Talent Business Partners to develop and implement multi-year talent activation plans
  • Drive standardization and alignment of talent processes across the business
  • Consult and partner with Talent Business Partners on talent review preparations, development plan support, and performance management
  • Co-create solutions with other Talent SMEs to address talent gaps and drive business growth
  • Share talent data insights to empower leaders and employees to make informed decisions
  • Partner with Org Development & Effectiveness partners to link talent practices to overall business impact
