About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Development Leader to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our global brand management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong brands across our International Family and Professional Care business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain global brand foundations, including brand promise, brand profile, segmentation, architecture, and branding strategy.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on consumer insights and identify opportunities to build and support the brand through extensions to new categories or subcategories.
  • Lead branding strategy across markets, including defining the approach for master brands across multiple markets/categories and seeking opportunities to maximize global efficiencies.
  • Develop brand social impact and sustainability strategy/plans in conjunction with our Sustainability Leader and overall Sustainability Strategy.
  • Work with our Creative, Design, and Experience team to bring the brand promise to life for consumers and customers through engaging brand ideas and creative executions.
  • Own brand performance metrics and ROI delivery, working with marketing intelligence to measure in key markets and develop plans to act on results.
