International Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Marketing Leader to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our iconic brands across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a mid-to-long-term vision and strategy for the International Accountable Business Units to drive sustained and profitable growth of the category.
- Create compelling channel, customer, and end-user value propositions and support claim development.
- Lead direct reports and manage performance to deliver overall business objectives, building a high-performance marketing team who are motivated to exceed targets while developing team capabilities and driving personal development and career progression.
- Responsible for International DBT category P&L performance, working with ABUs, utilizing analytics and VoC to look for opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute a 1-5 year innovation roadmap and investment plan.
- Accountable for cross-functional project leadership of innovation development to meet requirements for each stage gate and deliver innovation targets through speed to market and scale.
- Accountable for innovation stage gate compliance for core innovations and adhere to innovation guardrails put in place.
- Lead overarching pricing strategy, aligned to portfolio strategy and architecture, and provide strategic direction to support RGM in collaboration with RGM and ABU teams.
- Own delivery of category sustainability and social impact goals via product design and innovation.
- Drive learning plans in line with strategy and work with market research, intelligence, and analytics to derive actionable consumer, customer, and market insight and be the voice of the customer internally.
- Co-own Fuel to Grow category targets with ABUs and manage process for delivery with multi-functional teams, including design to value and SKU/portfolio management process.
- Be a key contributor to Omnichannel Marketing Strategy for Creative Design and Experience teams.
- Define and deliver synergies and efficiencies within the category, across ABUs, including portfolio architecture, facilitation of best practice sharing, and building/maintaining regular connectivity across ABU teams.
- Overall responsibility of teams A&P spend, including phasing.
- Establish and embed roles and responsibilities and ways of working to draw clarity for our teams with the new organizational design.
- Work with cross-category peers to establish consistent ways of working, share best practices, and integrate teams to build culture and avoid silos developing.
- Maintain standard work, including monitoring competitor activity, regulatory, and quality protocols, adhered to by the team.
- Be a champion for creating a culture of innovation and agility.

You will also need to have strong financial background, ability to build and evaluate business cases, and strong business and commercial acumen, including understanding of market dynamics, P&L management, and how things translate in commercial execution. You will be able to create and communicate to senior leaders in a concise and persuasive format.
