About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Marketing Leader to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a mid-to-long-term strategic vision and commercialization strategy for our international business units (ABUs) to drive sustained and profitable P&L growth of our B2B HHT categories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the International B2B Marketing Director in the development and implementation of the International KCP category vision and growth strategy/plan, working in collaboration with the International Marketing Leader, Wipers.
  2. Create a mid-to-long-term Washroom category vision and profitable growth strategy, inspiring the international organization and actionable.
  3. Lead direct reports and manage performance to deliver overall business objectives, building a high-performance marketing team motivated to exceed targets while developing team capabilities and driving personal development/career progression.
  4. Responsible for international category P&L performance, working with ABUs, utilizing analytics and VoC to identify opportunities and risks.
  5. Define and deliver synergies and efficiencies across our portfolios/brand architecture within the IFP category, across ABUs, including facilitation of best practice sharing and building/maintaining regular connectivity across ABU teams.
  6. Creation of compelling channel, customer (chooser), and end-user (consumer) value propositions (products, product bundles, solutions) and supporting claim development.
  7. Create a 1-5 year Innovation roadmap and investment plan.
  8. Accountable for cross-functional project leadership of innovation development to meet requirements for each IMF gate and deliver innovation targets through speed to market and scale.
  9. Accountable for IMF Gate compliance for core innovations and adhering to Innovation guardrails put in place.
  10. Own delivery of category sustainability and social impact goals via product design, innovation, and programs.
  11. Overall responsibility of teams A&P spend, including phasing.
  12. Drive learning plan in line with strategy and work with market research, intelligence, and analytics to derive actionable consumer, customer, and market insight and be the voice of the customer internally.
  13. Establish and embed R&Rs and WoW to draw clarity for our teams with the new organizational design.
  14. Work with cross-category peers to establish consistent ways of working, share best practices, and integrate teams to build culture and avoid silos developing.
  15. Make sure standard work, such as monitoring competitor activity/regulatory and quality protocols, are adhered to by the team.
  16. Be a champion for creating a culture of innovation and agility.
  17. Be a key contributor to Omnichannel Marketing Strategy, for Creative Design & Experience team to execute on.
  18. Lead overarching pricing strategy, aligned to portfolio strategy/architecture, and provide strategic direction to support RGM in collaboration with RGM & ABU teams.
