Client Support Administrator – Wealth Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Wealth Management division. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Investment Managers while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless client experience.

This position allows for hybrid working, requiring attendance in the office three days a week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with assigned Investment Managers to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to provide support on various activities, such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data modifications.
  • Prepare meeting materials and valuations as needed.
  • Assist Investment Managers in crafting new business proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.
  • A desire to build a career within a financial services firm, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with investment products.
  • A strong commitment to client service.
  • Currently pursuing an accredited Level 4 qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to effectively manage workload.
  • Ability to apply judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to challenges.
