Client Services Administrator – Wealth Management

Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Wealth Management division. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Investment Managers while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless client experience.

This position allows for hybrid working, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with assigned Investment Managers to achieve outstanding client results.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to support various activities, including scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes, as necessary.
  • Prepare meeting materials and valuations as needed.
  • Assist Investment Managers in crafting new business presentations and pitches.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.
  • A desire to build a career within a financial services firm, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with investment products.
  • A strong commitment to client service.
  • Progress towards an accredited Level 4 qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage workload.
  • Capability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to challenges.
