Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, including quotations and contract management.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting: Produce weekly reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hire industry.
- Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word.
- Competitive Salary: £25,000-£26,000 dependent on experience.
- Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between 8:45am and 5:30pm.
- Additional Benefits: Access to in-house Learning & Development team, Employee Welfare Fund, and staff incentives.
