About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a weekend-only basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, community work, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
Requirements
  • Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support provided)
  • A full UK driving licence (due to the location and nature of the work)
