About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to achieve the best outcomes for our young people
  • Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
  • Develop and implement individual training plans for team members
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a children's residential setting
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • UK driving license
