A skilled A&H Underwriter is needed to become part of Chubb's vibrant Major Risks Team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression within a renowned insurance organization.
Core Responsibilities:- Evaluate new business proposals and renewals in accordance with established guidelines and strategic objectives
- Actively represent and advocate for Chubb among brokers and clients, optimizing cross-selling prospects
- Develop underwriting strategies, forecasts, and manage portfolios to ensure profitability
- Innovate products aimed at improving client retention and generating new business
- Oversee relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring compliance and profitability
- Contribute to projects, data initiatives, and product development aimed at maximizing revenue
- Previous experience in underwriting and market engagement is preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- ACII certification is preferred
