About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer at GRS Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the attraction of top talent across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Recruitment Process
    • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and provide accurate management information and reporting.
  • Source and Screen Candidates
    • Utilize headhunting systems to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Provide Recruitment Guidance and Support
    • Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and good practice.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and line managers through excellent communication and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Administer Recruitment Activities
    • Process PPA's for potential candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate interactions and interview schedules.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience working within a busy recruitment department, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Previous experience with CV screening, conducting telephone interviews, and utilizing headhunting systems.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to probe and establish facts and identify appropriate solutions.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
