Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer at GRS Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the attraction of top talent across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Recruitment Process
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and provide accurate management information and reporting.
- Source and Screen Candidates
- Utilize headhunting systems to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Provide Recruitment Guidance and Support
- Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and good practice.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and line managers through excellent communication and customer-focused service delivery.
- Administer Recruitment Activities
- Process PPA's for potential candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate interactions and interview schedules.
- Previous Experience
- Previous experience working within a busy recruitment department, preferably in a similar industry.
- Previous experience with CV screening, conducting telephone interviews, and utilizing headhunting systems.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to probe and establish facts and identify appropriate solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
