About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our Fleet department, you will be responsible for administering the day-to-day requirements of the Fleet team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and fleet operations using our internal Fleetwave system.
  • Update and monitor driver license checking systems, ensuring new starters are captured prior to driving and leavers are removed from the system in line with legal requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of driver records and vehicle allocations.
  • Manage grey fleet insurance through our company system.
  • Update and manage tolls and congestion zone records and charges.
  • Deal with penalty charge notices and notices of intended prosecutions.
  • Raise purchase order numbers and goods receiving notes.
  • Deal with external suppliers for repair and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Monitor and resolve queries through our shared fleet inbox.
  • Monitor and report on hire vehicle usage.
  • Administer telematics and tracking systems.
  • Monitor and update accident management processes.
  • Arrange collections and deliveries of vehicles.
  • Onboard and offboard new members of staff onto company systems.
  • Monitor fuel card usage, order and cancel cards as and when required.

General Responsibilities:

  • Avoid conflict of interests between personal interests and the interests of the OCS Group.

  • Support and promote the OCS Group's sustainability plans and policies, including the Carbon Management Plan, and carry out duties in a resource-effective way, recognizing the shared responsibility of minimizing negative environmental impacts wherever possible.

About You:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK.

  • You should be commercially focused with experience managing your own P&L.
  • You should have previous experience in senior-level Procurement roles.
  • You should have a high level of competence in the full Microsoft suite.
