Job Title: Optical Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to take on a supervisory role within our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispensing team, providing guidance and support to junior members, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of dispensing opticians on the shop floor
- Conduct pre-screen tests and contact lens teaches
- Carry out frame styling and provide patients with advice on the best options
- Perform reception duties and general administrative tasks
- Assist with the smooth running of the practice
Requirements:
- Experience as an Optical Assistant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of optical practices and procedures
Compensation:
A competitive salary package up to £24,000/£25,000 per annum, along with a bonus scheme and additional benefits, plus 28 days holiday.
