Safran Helicopter Engines is a leading manufacturer of rotorcraft turbines, dedicated exclusively to this market. Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub, performing complex maintenance and repairs on helicopter engine components.

We partner with a global customer base, providing technical expertise and support in both fixed wing and rotary wing markets. Our experienced teams ensure customer satisfaction and meet internal sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide communication link between customer and business, leading the CSR Team.
  • Ensure customer requirements are captured, understood, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and provide timely responses to customers, ensuring On Time Delivery (OTD) and satisfaction.
  • Manage internal and external customer accounts, acting as commercial interface for day-to-day activity.
  • Meet customer satisfaction and internal sales targets.
  • Ensure products and services meet customer, quality, and airworthiness requirements.
  • Work in accordance with HSE legislation, company policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate company values and behaviors, identifying opportunities to improve processes and working practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and good English Language skills, both written and spoken
  • Highly self-motivated, able to manage time and tasks to meet deadlines
  • Friendly, hardworking, with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • IT literate, proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous CSR experience with complex technical products
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Good understanding of technical/engineering/supply chain issues
  • Previous experience as a CSR in the aerospace industry
  • Experience of SAP
