About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacy technician to join our Outpatient Pharmacy team at the Royal Free London Pharmacy. As a Chief Technician/Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff and resources of the dispensary to provide a safe and efficient pharmaceutical service to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities, training, and assessment of staff in the dispensary.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the area of service.
  • Provide and coordinate pharmacy dispensary services.
  • Be responsible for the development and maintenance of SOPs within the area of service.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
  • BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences (NVQ Pharmacy services Level 3) or equivalent.
  • CPPE or equivalent ACPT qualification.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
