We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) specialist to join our team as a Professional Development Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the City's most successful US law firms and contribute to the growth and development of our talented professionals.

  • Oversee the trainee seat rotation and qualification process to ensure a smooth and effective transition into the firm.
  • Provide coaching and professional development support to trainees, associates, and counsel to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Manage the evaluation process for London trainees, associates, and counsel to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Coordinate associate reviews in the firm's Asian and European offices, as well as lawyer training across the firm's European offices.
