About the Role:
CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our client's high-performing sales team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team capitalizes on every opportunity in public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in public and private sectors.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms, including licensing knowledge.
- A personal history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in selling and creating value propositions for implementation and managed services.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
